We are grateful for the enthusiastic support of the general brokerage community in presenting our homes. In an effort to promote mutual cooperation and assure a positive experience, we ask that you follow these simple guidelines:

1. The broker must personally accompany his/her client to our sales office and register the client with our on-site Sales Representative.
2. If the client purchases from our company within (60) days of the initial visit or any authorized extension of that time, a commission of 3% of the total contract price will be earned and payable upon settlement of the property.
3. The broker is responsible for re-registering the client if a purchase does not occur during the initial (60) day registration period.
