Our Build Your Lot Program has been designed to build on property you own or have decided to purchase as either

an existing lot or a teardown. Here’s how simply our program can work for you:

• When you visit us, simply provide a copy of your home-site contract, record plat, health department reports (for well and septic systems), covenants and restrictions, building standards and architectural guidelines for the community (if applicable), and any other pertinent information regarding your intended home-site.
• We’ll meet for a tour of your home-site.
• We’ll explore the design and options of a home that suits your needs and provide you a fixed price proposal for its total value.
• You'll arrange for simple and cost effective construction/permanent loan financing through one of our preferred lenders, or a lender of your choice.
• Your Home will be built to the most demanding construction standards backed by our proven track record of on-time completion.
• It's really that simple!
