After years of learning their craft under the auspices of a well-respected national building company, John Talbot and Stephan Lamb decided to pursue their vision to become builders of exceptional homes highly coveted for their superior quality and craftsmanship. In 1992, Wetherburne Homes was born out of that vision. Since its inception in Northern Virginia's Loudoun County, the company has earned a solid reputation for custom homes that consistently uphold the most demanding standards of construction and a firm belief in quality and value.
Mr. Talbot has over 30 years experience in all facets of homebuilding and construction from product design through delivery and ownership. Prior to starting Wetherburne Homes, he served as Vice President of Production for a nationally owned building company. During his tenure, the company delivered more than 950 luxury homes in Virginia and Maryland. He resides in Northern Virginia with his wife and three children.
Mr. Lamb has over 30 years experience in all aspects of the homebuilding industry with an emphasis on land acquisition, design, sales and marketing, finance, and strategic planning. Prior to starting Wetherburne Homes, Mr. Lamb served as Vice President of Finance and Administration for a nationally owned building company that delivered over 150 homes per year. Mr. Lamb resides in Northern Virginia with his wife and three children.
